All About Gel offer an $8.00 flat rate delivery charge for all orders under $100 and free delivery for all orders over $100 Australia wide.
For Local SA, Regional SA and Interstate Delivery: Orders are sent via Australia Post. For interstate delivery please allow 7-10 business days. For delivery to South Australian regional areas please allow 5-7 business days. For all other South Australian areas please allow 2-5 business days.
All About Gel accepts no responsibility for product damage, loss or delivery delays by Australia Post or their third-party subcontractors.
Once an order has been dispatched, you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking identification number. Please visit the Australia Post tracking website for delivery schedule details. Any redelivery or redirection charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If an item cannot be delivered by Australia Post or their subcontractors, a calling card will be left indicating the pick-up location of the parcel. This will most likely be the nearest Australia Post Office or distribution center. Redelivery is not possible once calling card has been provided and the item must be picked up from stated location (photo ID will be required).
PLEASE NOTE: Any items on backorder will be shipped once available. All About Gel will contact customers by email if at any time there is a possible delay in dispatch of their order.
All About Gel does not currently ship outside of Australia, in line with specific distribution agreements.
You are able to cancel your order as long as it is prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number and or full name & Shipping Address.
If you cancel your order once it has already been shipped, you will need to wait until your order is received and send it back in order to receive a refund. The products need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Product Returns & Refunds
You are able to return a product for store credit if it has been 30 days or less since you received your product and your product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We do not allow return of a product once opened due to change of mind.
Returning your product via post: Please notify us about your return by email with your order number and products and we will advise of the return post address. Please ensure you use appropriate packaging, such as bubble wrap or thick delivery box/bag to ensure your products are on damaged in transit. We also recommend using trackable post.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will issue you store credit for the same value as your returned item at the time of purchase. If your return is not approved due to its condition, we will notify you by email.
Store credit lasts 1 year from the date of issue.
Sale items or items that used discount codes will be credited at the discounted price.
Faulty Product Returns: We can only replace faulty items for the same product.

Nail essentials need to be 3months or less
Cuticle oil, Gel Colour, Base & Top coats need to be within 30 days of purchase
Must not be faulty due to poor customer use

Missing or Wrong Product
We always post via trackable post however on rare occasions a product may go missing in transit or be missed from your order. If we can see on the system your order has been lost in transit and we have indication, you have not or will not receive your order we will contact you and replace your order.
We can only replace missing items for the same product.
if you believe you have been sent the wrong product by mistake, please contact us with the details along with an image of what you received and we will be able to replace the product.
